Experimental Life Drawing in Oxford
Failing is good! This life drawing course is designed for those wishing to take a fresh and open approach to Life Drawing. It will be experientially-led with the aim of understanding the role of drawing as a means of not only expression, but as a primary approach of understanding a creative process.
MONDAYS: 6.30pm – 9.00pm
WEDNESDAYS: 6.30pm – 9.00pm
Tutor: Roger Perkins
The class will focus on the possibility of drawing- not the how of drawing. It will suit all those undertaking Life Drawing for the first time and those wishing to take a fresh uninhibited approach to their personal practice.
The individual needs of the student are the central focus of the sessions and
there is no ‘house style’ or right or wrong way of drawing- it is an individual
journey that is at the heart of these sessions.
The only requirement for the course is that you are willing to risk making spectacular failures!
