Sonia Boué has a multiform practice with a focus on themes of exile and displacement. In recent years She has collaborated with Tate Britain, and a gained a commission with BBC Radio 4.
Her work includes assemblage, installation, painting, performance and video. She is interested in dramaturgy, ritual, and tribute-making.
She runs the Museum for Object Research, which is a forum for artists whose core practice is object work, and WEBworks, which is a peer support and mentoring network for neurodivergent artists. WEBworks also provides consultancy services to art organisations and university research programmes.
