I have extensive training in Dance,Choreography,Movement Studies and Performance.More recently I have worked in Sculpture, Life Drawing and Lithography. I have exhibited regularly in Spain,Cornwall and Oxford since 2006. This includes an Arts Council funded installation project in 2019 where I choreographed and performed with a string quartet, live, on the theme of Bereavement. I am presently exploring and experimenting with sound and image in Performance and Video. My history is in arts education where I have represented the UK in Dance at the European League of International Arts based in Amsterdam. I am in regular contact with Trinity Laban Dance in London. I was a contributor to course developments in the Arts Faculty, at the University of Brighton in Visual Performance working with Women Artists,Black Artists and students with particular needs such as Dyslexia. All this is fuelled by a constant belief in the arts and creativity as a fundamental activity for our well being.
