    You qualify for a concession rate if you are one of the following:

    an OVADA associate

    an OVADA studio holder

    a student

    a charity

    a social enterprise

    running a community event

  • Warehouse & Education Space Standard Prices

    We charge standard prices if you are:

    a corporation

    a for-profit business

    someone who falls outside of our concession categories

Warehouse Prices

Guide price

£100 / hour standard / commercial rates

£40/hour associate artist / community rates

These are guide prices. We offer favourable rates for longer bookings and small organisations. Please get in touch so we can discuss your event or project.


The weekly hire costs for the space are £2500 commercial rate


For visual artists we offer low rates, offsetting costs of using the space against other sources of income in order to support your projects. Please come and discuss your ideas with us.
